Bracketed by Grade, Weight & Experience

Ideally 4-person brackets, weight within 10% of each other.

Grade levels: PreK/K, 1/2, 3/4, 5/6, 7/8

Experience/Card System: White = Beginner, Yellow = Intermediate, Blue = Advanced

Levels are determined by Head Coach & match results.

Schedule

K-4th = Tuesday & Thursday 6:15pm-7:45pm

5th-8th = Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays 6:15pm-8:15pm

Coaches

Cost

Registration fee cost: $150, includes gear (team t-shirt, shorts & issued singlet), and USA Wrestling card.

Attire & Gear/Mat Etiquette

Practice = comfortable shirt & shoes/pants or non-issued singlet. No zippers or strings. Wrestling shoes are not included with registration fee.

Tournament = TEAM Uniform (team shirt & shorts, issued/specific singlet. Headgear is optional to youth players.

**No street shoes on the mat. No wrestling shoes on the street. Water only around the mat.

Typical Tournament Day

Arrive & find Falcon zone, Wrestler check-in (& weigh-in, if needed), then join in on team warm-ups.

Staging: wrestlers get called to their bracket group and are given the mat #. Watch for wrestlers turn!

K-4th = 3x 1min round with 30sec in-between, 5-8th= 3x 1min 30sec with 30 sec in-between.
